Harris v. State
GCO is filing an Amicus Curiae brief (friend of the court) urging the court to reveiw this case.
GCO is not taking sides in whether the appellant is guilty or not. GCO just wants to make sure that proper proceedures are followed when a claim for immunity is made after a defendant has used force in self defense.
